Terms of Service

By using MyAppsHQ, you agree to these terms. They’re designed to be readable and fair.

The service

MyAppsHQ is a job-application tracker with optional AI-assisted extraction and drafting. It’s provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Best effort, no guarantees.

Your account

• You’re responsible for what you put into your account.
• One account per person. Don’t share sign-in links with others.
• You can delete your account anytime by emailing hello@jordanjez.com.

AI feature limits

The URL/text scraper and email drafter are rate-limited per user per day (currently 10 scrapes, 5 drafts). The limits exist because the underlying Anthropic API costs money and is funded by the operator. Limits may change as usage patterns evolve.

Acceptable use

Don’t use MyAppsHQ to:

• Track jobs on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.
• Mass-scrape job sites (the URL extractor is for posts you’re personally tracking).
• Try to break, abuse, or extract API limits.
• Store unlawful content.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. We’ll email you first when possible.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the operator isn’t liable for lost data, missed opportunities, or any consequential damages from using or being unable to use MyAppsHQ. Keep your own records of anything important.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we’ll update the date at the top and notify signed-in users by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
