Privacy Policy

MyAppsHQ is a personal job-application tracker. This policy describes what we collect, where it’s stored, and what happens to it. It’s short on purpose.
What we collect
- Your email address. Used to send sign-in links and (eventually) optional email digests. Nothing else.
- The data you enter. Job postings, contacts, activity notes, resume file. This is your data; we store it so you can come back to it.
Where it’s stored
- Supabase (US region).Postgres database for structured data, Storage bucket for resume files. Each user’s data is isolated by row-level security.
- Resend. Sends sign-in emails on our behalf.
When AI features run
MyAppsHQ uses Anthropic’s Claude models for two features: (1) extracting title/company/salary from a job posting URL or pasted text, and (2) drafting outreach emails. When you trigger one of these actions, the relevant content (the job posting, your settings, your resume) is sent to Anthropic’s API to produce the response. Anthropic does not train on API content by default. See Anthropic’s privacy policy for details.
What we don’t do
- No third-party analytics, ad networks, or tracking pixels.
- No selling, renting, or sharing your data with anyone.
- No background processing of your data outside of features you actively trigger.
Deleting your data
Email hello@jordanjez.com and we’ll delete your account and all associated data. No forms, no follow-up surveys.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date at the top and notify signed-in users by email.
